• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | 3 oz. Fever-Tree® Ginger Ale |
• | 1/8 oz. Balsamic vinaigrette |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 3 Basil leaves (muddle) |
• | 1/4 oz. clover honey |
Method: | |
1. | In a mixing glass muddle fresh basil. Add Blood Orange Concentrate, vinaigrette, fresh lemon and honey. Add ice and shake well with Boston Shaker. Pour over the rocks in a wine glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf and slice of lemon or Blood Orange if available. Serve. |
