Sin City 1 drink Luis Martir, Bartender, Lo & Behold

Ingredients for Sin City:

• 1 ½ oz. Tropical Tea infused Charbay Clear Vodka
• ¼ oz. dry vermouth
• 6 dashes tiki bitters
• ¼ oz. orgeat
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya puree, thawed
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Mango puree, thawed
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1/3 oz. yuzu syrup
• ¼ oz. lychee juice

Ingredients for Tropical Tea infused Charbay Clear Vodka:

• Charbay Clear Vodka
• Island Breeze Black Tea

Method for Tropical Tea infused Charbay Clear Vodka:

1. Infuse the tropical tea with Charbay Clear Vodka.
2. Let the mixture sit for a couple of hours in room temperature before straining.

Method for Sin City: Combine all ingredients with ice into a shaker, shake and strain.
