| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/3 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |

| Add Cherry and Chipotle to a rocks glass and stir. Add Bourbon and Ice, top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry pierced with a red lightsaber. | |
