    • 2 oz. Breckenridge Bourbon
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 oz. sweet tea syrup
    • 1/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Creme De Cacao
    • 1/4 oz. lemon juice
    • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
    • 1 oz. distilled water
    • dehydrated pineapple wheel (garnish)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except garnish. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and the smoke the cocktail glass using the Poly Science Smoke Gun with hickory chips.
