| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. sweet tea syrup |
| • | 1/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Creme De Cacao |
| • | 1/4 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 2 dashes Angostura Bitters |
| • | 1 oz. distilled water |
| • | dehydrated pineapple wheel (garnish) |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients except garnish. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple and the smoke the cocktail glass using the Poly Science Smoke Gun with hickory chips. |
