• | 1 oz. St. George Terroir Gin |
• | 1/2 oz. Californian Pinot Noir |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
• | 1 oz. matcha tea syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
• | 1 egg white |

Combine and shake all ingredients except the Californian Pinot Noir. Pour into old-fashioned glass. Top with Californian Pinot Noir and garnish with star anise. |
