• | 1 1/2 oz. Azuñia Reposado Organic Tequila |
• | 1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao |
• | 1/2 oz. prickly pear syrup (1:1 sugar and The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed) |
• | 3/4 oz. yuzu juice blend (1:1 yuzu and fresh lemon juice) |
• | 1 jalapeño slice |

Muddle jalapeño in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into rocks glass. Serve over rocks. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel. | |
