• | 3 oz. Passoa- Puerto Rican Passionfruit Liqueur- 20% alcohol |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Pineapple Fusion ( with coconut)- 40% alcohol |
• | 4 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
• | 4 1/2 oz. Ocean Spray Raspberry Cranberry Juice |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Dole Pineapple Juice |
• | 1 1/2 oz. Pellegrino Blood Orange Seltzer |

1. | In a mixing glass with ice, add Passion Fruit Concentrate, Raspberry Puree, Bacardi, Passoa then balance with Ocean Spray Rasp/Cran juice and Pineapple juice. Shake rapidly or mix. Pour into serving glass and top with Blood Orange Seltzer and Garnish. This drink pays homage to my family’s native island of Puerto Rico. It was exclusively created with liquers and alcohol produced, packaged and sold in Puerto Rico, along with the delightful essence and flavor of the Perfect Puree, balanced with exotic juices to create a drink that’s truly something to smile about.
