    • 1 1/2 oz. 4 Orange Vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Bitter orange and herbal liqueur by Aperol
    • 1 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 3 dashes Rhubarb bitters by Fee Brothers
    • 2 1/2 oz. Brachetto d’Acqui sparkling dessert wine by Rosa Regale
    • Long orange twist for garnish
    • Brandied cherry for garnish
Method:
Combine vodka, liqueur, Yuzu Luxe Sour blend and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker. Pour into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish and serve.
