• | 1 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 3 dashes Rhubarb bitters by Fee Brothers |
• | 2 1/2 oz. Brachetto d’Acqui sparkling dessert wine by Rosa Regale |
• | Long orange twist for garnish |

Method: | |
Combine vodka, liqueur, Yuzu Luxe Sour blend and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker. Pour into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish and serve. |
