    • 2 oz. Bullet Bourbon
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate,  thawed
    • 3 sage leaves
    • 3 thinly sliced ginger root (more if desired)
    • 1/2 oz. spiced brown sugar syrup
    • orange twist (garnish)
1. Muddle sage leaves, ginger root and brown sugar. Add the Meyer Lemon Concentrate and bourbon then shake well. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with smoked brown sugar. Garnish with orange twist.
Smoked Brown Sugar Recipe:
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. hickory wood chips
1. Place brown sugar in sealable plastic container. Using a smoke gun and hickory wood chips, smoke the brown sugar. Cover with lid and let sit for 10 min.
