  | • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed | 
  | • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice | 
  | • | 3/4 oz. aquafaba or egg white | 
  | • | 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup |

  | For the Steel Dust Vodka + Ginger & Spice: | 
  | • | 12 oz. vodka | 
  | • | 4 allspice berries | 
  | • | 4 cloves | 
  | • | 1 star anise pod | 
  | • | Fresh ginger |

  | Method for the Steel Dust Vodka + Ginger & Spice: | 
  |  | Toast allspice berries, cloves and star anise pod in a pan. Finely dice 1-2” of fresh ginger and add the ginger and spices to a glass container with vodka. Let infuse at room temperature for 48-72 hours. Strain and keep in an airtight container. |

  | Method for the Cocktail: | 
  |  | Add all the ingredients except the aquafaba/egg white to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well for 12 seconds. Strain into one end of the shaker, dump ice, add the aquafaba/egg white, and dry shake for 30 seconds to make frothy magic. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with fresh mint top and pomegranate seeds. |
