Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Lyre’s Aperitif Dry
 - 1 oz. Seedlip Spice
 - ¼ oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
 - ¼ oz. rich simple syrup
 - ¾ oz. lemon
 - 1 oz. tonic (preferably Fever Tree)
 
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except the tonic in a shaker with ice.
 - Fill a Collins glass with ice.
 - Shake and strain into the glass; top with tonic.
 - Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
