Strawberry Mignonette

Mignonette for 12 oysters

    • 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1 shallot, finely diced
    • 2 fresh strawberries, finely diced
    • 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    • 12 oysters
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients. Shuck oysters. Place oysters on ice and drizzle strawberry mignonette on each oyster.
