Ingredients:
• 1 ½ oz Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
• ¾ oz The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• sparkling wine
• fresh mint sprig, garnish
Method: Mix all ingredients, excluding the sparkling wine and mint. Pour into a stemmed glass with ice, top with soda water, garnish with mint, and serve.
