| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 3 basil leaves (muddle) |
| • | 1 jalapeno slice (muddle) |
| • | 1 watermelon slice |
| • | 1 strawberry slice (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Muddle the fruit in the simple and lime. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice. |
