| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 1/8 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters |
| • | Splash of soda water |
| • | Orange peel (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| Combine ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with an orange peel. Serve. | |
