• | 1 1/2 oz. Davalos Tequila Blanco |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Coalda blend, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz Pandan Simple Syrup |
• | 1-2 dashes Tiki Bitters |

1. | Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a double walled mixing bowl. Add enough liquid nitrogen to freeze (about 2-4oz). Once frozen and the smoke has cleared scoop out and place in a glass of your choice. Garnish with toasted coconut and a spoon. |
