| • | 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose L’orange vodka |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/8 oz. balsamic vinaigrette |
| • | 3 basil leaves (muddle) |
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 3 oz. ginger ale (preferred brand Fever-Tree) |
| • | 1/4 oz. clover honey |
| • | fresh basil for garnish |
| • | slice of lemon for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a mixing glass muddle fresh basil. Add Grey Goose L’orange, Blood Orange concentrate, balsamic, fresh lemon, honey, and ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and pour over the rocks in a wine glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with basil and slice of lemon. Serve. |
