• | 3/4 The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 simple syrup |
• | 3 lemon wedges |
• | 6-8 mint leaves |
• | 1 sugar cube |

Muddle the lemon, mint, Pink Guava Purée and simple syrup and then add the rum and shake. Double fine strain onto pebble ice in a double old fashioned glass and garnish with edible flowers and mint. |
