| • | 2 oz. Encanto Grand & Noble Pisco | 
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed | 
| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice | 
| • | 1/2 oz. Chamomile Honey | 
| • | 2 dashes of bitters | 
| For the Chamomile Honey: | |
| • | 1 cup wildflower honey | 
| • | 1 cup water | 
| • | 4 tbsp. dried chamomile | 
| Method for the Chamomile Honey: | |
| Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and strain out chamomile. | |
| Method for the cocktail: | |
| Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with edible flowers. | |
