    • 2 oz. Encanto Grand & Noble Pisco
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. Chamomile Honey
    • 2 dashes of bitters
For the Chamomile Honey:
    • 1 cup wildflower honey
    • 1 cup water
    • 4 tbsp. dried chamomile
Method for the Chamomile Honey:
Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and strain out chamomile.
Method for the cocktail:
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
