• | 2 oz. Batiste Rhum Silver or Gold |
• | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
• | 1 tbsp. maple syrup |
• | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 6 oz. soda or seltzer water |
Method: | |
Combine all ingredients except soda water in a Collins glass and stir vigorously until completely blended. Add ice then top with soda water. Stir again until evenly mixed. Add more ice and garnish with lime wheel. |
