    • 2 oz. Batiste Rhum Silver or Gold
    • 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
    • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
    • 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 6 oz. soda or seltzer water
Method:
Combine all ingredients except soda water in a Collins glass and stir vigorously until completely blended. Add ice then top with soda water. Stir again until evenly mixed. Add more ice and garnish with lime wheel.
