| • | 2 oz. Don Julio Blanco Tequila |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | black pepper tincture |
| • | ground pepper (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Mix all ingredients (except the tincture & ground pepper) in a cocktail shaker. Shake very well to insure proper mixture. With an eye dropper, place 5 drops of black pepper tincture around the inside of the martini glass. Strain cocktail shaker into glass. Garnish center with a dash of ground pepper. |
