    • 3/4 oz. Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh ginger juice
    • The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed (for rim)
    • Strained ginger (for rim)
    • Wasabi (for rim)
Method:
Rim martini glass with Prickly Pear Puree, ginger and wasabi and set aside. Shake remaining ingredients and pour into martini glass.
