    • 3 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley White Peach Purée,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh ginger juice
    • The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Prickly Pear Purée,  thawed (for rim)
    • strained ginger (for rim)
    • wasabi (for rim)
1. Rim martini glass with Prickly Pear Puree, ginger and wasabi and set aside. Shake remaining ingredients and pour into martini glass.
