Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz. Irish Poitín
- 3/4 oz. Clairin Vaval Rum
- 1/2 oz. Pampelmousse Liqueur
- 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
- 1/2 oz. Pink grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz. Lime juice
Method:
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker vigorously with ice—double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with edible flowers, and enjoy!
