Ingredients for The Great Punkin Caper:
- 2 oz. Dogfish Head Punkin Ale
- 2 oz. Breaking & Entering Bourbon
- ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree, thawed
- 4 ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- candied ginger, garnish
- candied cranberry, garnish
Method for The Great Punkin Caper:
- Add all ingredients minus Dogfish Head Punkin Ale and garnishes to a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake hard for up to 10 seconds. Strain into chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with pumpkin ale and garnish with candied ginger & cranberry on bamboo skewer. Serve.
