The Irish Apple

Ingredients for The Irish Apple:

• 2 oz. J.J. Corry The Hanson Irish Whiskey
• 2 oz. The Perfect Puree Green Apple Puree, thawed
• 1 oz. Tentura Antica cinnamon liqueur
• juice of half of a lime
• ½ – 1 oz. house-made honey syrup (depending on the desired sweetness)
• cinnamon-dusted green apple for garnish

Method for The Irish Apple:

Make the honey syrup by boiling about ¼ cup of water with about ½ cup of honey and a cinnamon stick. Keep on a low simmer, stir and add water until the desired consistency is reached. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake approximately 30 seconds or until the shaker is cold. Garnish with apple slice.
