| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. smoked honey |
| • | 1 jalapeño slice |
| • | 3 dashes Angostura Bitters |
| • | pear wedge (garnish) |
| • | flamed green chartreuse (garnish) |

| 1. | Muddle jalapeño and bitters. Add rest of ingredients. Shake with ice. Pour up into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a pear wedge & flamed Green Chartreuse. |
