| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. Seven Tiki Rum |
| • | 3/4 oz. St. Germain Elder Flower liquor |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 2 sprigs of fresh mint (one for shake, one for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve. |
