Ingredients for The Slow Burn:
• 1 ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand Cognac
• ½ oz. cilantro liqueur
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• ½ oz. Giffard Caribbean Pineapple
• ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes Verde
• 2 dashes Scrappy’s Fire Tincture
Ingredients for Cayenne Cinnamon Sugar Paint:
• 0.5 cup rich demerara syrup
• 0.5 tbs cayenne pepper
• 0.5 tbs fruit pectin
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method for The Slow Burn:
Garnish with cayenne cinnamon sugar paint.
