• 1 ½ oz. Pierre Ferrand Cognac⁠
• ½ oz. cilantro liqueur⁠
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple ⁠Concentrate, thawed
• ⁠½ oz. Giffard Caribbean Pineapple⁠
• ¼ oz. Ancho Reyes Verde⁠ ⁠
• 2 dashes Scrappy’s Fire Tincture⁠

Ingredients for Cayenne Cinnamon Sugar Paint:

• 0.5 cup rich demerara syrup
• 0.5 tbs cayenne pepper
• 0.5 tbs fruit pectin
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
