| • | 1 oz. Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 tbsp. Elderflower cordial |
| • | 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime |
| • | 3 oz. club soda or sparkling water |
| • | Edible flowers and lime slice as garnish |

| Stir The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur, Elderflower cordial and vanilla bean paste together in a glass over ice. Transfer the mixture into the glass desired for serving and finish with the lime juice and club soda. Torch the lime and float on top with edible flowers for garnish. | |
