| • | 4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. chipotle simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 lime, juiced |
| • | Salt & Tellicherry peppercorn (for rim) |

| Rim glass with salt & tellicherry peppercorn mixture. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into rimmed glass filled with ice. Serve. | |
