| • | 1 oz. Rose Petal Infused Gin | 
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend, thawed | 
| • | 1/4 oz. lime juice | 
| • | 4 drops orange blossom water | 
| Method for the Rose Petal Infused Gin: | |
| Infuse one bottle of gin with 3 tablespoons of food grade dried rose petals overnight. Strain the next day. | |
| Method for the cocktail: | |
| Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a twisted lime peel. | |
