    • 1 oz. Rose Petal Infused Gin
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. lime juice
    • 4 drops orange blossom water
Method for the Rose Petal Infused Gin:
Infuse one bottle of gin with 3 tablespoons of food grade dried rose petals overnight. Strain the next day.
Method for the cocktail:
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a twisted lime peel.
