• | 32 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
• | 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2 oz. lemon juice |
• | 16 oz. plain yogurt |
• | 3 cups crushed ice |
• | Fresh fruit slices and/or fresh mint springs for garnish |
Method: | |
1. | Place all ingredients except garnish in blender. Process until frothy. |
2. | Pour into a tall glass; garnish as desired. |
