Ingredients for Umami Issues:

Coffee Cloud:
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed
• ¼ tsp. of white miso paste
• 1 oz. Mr. Black Espresso Liqueur
• 1 oz. espresso cold brew
• 1 ½ oz. whole milk
• heaping barspoon of sweetened condensed milk

Cocktail Base:
• 1 ½ oz. Bulleit Single Barrel Bourbon
• fill glass ¾ way with coconut water

Method for Umami Issues:
Add bourbon and coconut water to collins glass. Whip all cloud ingredients with immersion blender, frother, or regular blender. Add Coffee Cloud on top of cocktail. Garnish with a brûléed banana slice.
