• | 1.5 oz. Plantation Pineapple Rum |
• | 1.5 oz. Rhum Clément Canne Bleue |
• | 12 drops of Bittermen’s Hellfire Shrub |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. sugar |
• | 1.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice |
• | 2 voluptuous strawberries |
• | cup of ice |
• | straw (garnish) |
• | strawberry (garnish) |
• | sprinkle of cayenne (garnish) |

1. | Combine 1 part The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit with 1 part white sugar until sugar is completely dissolved to make syrup. Put all ingredients, except for garnishes, into a blender with equal parts ice. Blend until smooth. Add garnishes. |
