| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. sugar |
| • | 1.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice |
| • | 2 voluptuous strawberries |
| • | cup of ice |
| • | straw (garnish) |
| • | strawberry (garnish) |
| • | sprinkle of cayenne (garnish) |

| 1. | Combine 1 part The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit with 1 part white sugar until sugar is completely dissolved to make syrup. Put all ingredients, except for garnishes, into a blender with equal parts ice. Blend until smooth. Add garnishes. |
