• | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Orange Zest, thawed |
• | 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted |
• | 1 cup unsalted butter |
• | 1/2 tsp. salt |
• | 1 tsp. vanilla |
• | 1 tsp. milk |

Method: |
1. | Use a basic vanilla cake recipe to prepare cupcakes. |
2. | To prepare frosting, whip butter on medium speed until blended. |
3. | Add powdered sugar in 2 parts, continue to whip on low speed until combined. |
4. | Add Orange Zest, vanilla and milk. Resume blending the frosting. |
5. | Beat for 4 minutes until well combined. |
6. | Fill a piping bag with round tip. Frost cupcakes by gently putting pressure on piping bag. |
