Vanilla Creamsicle Frosting

    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Orange Zest, thawed
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
    • 1 cup unsalted butter
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 tsp. milk
1. Use a basic vanilla cake recipe to prepare cupcakes.
2. To prepare frosting, whip butter on medium speed until blended.
3. Add powdered sugar in 2 parts, continue to whip on low speed until combined.
4. Add Orange Zest, vanilla and milk. Resume blending the frosting.
5. Beat for 4 minutes until well combined.
6. Fill a piping bag with round tip. Frost cupcakes by gently putting pressure on piping bag.
