| Method for the Hibiscus Syrup: | |
| Mix 2:1 The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus and heavy simple syrup. | |
| Method for the cocktail: | |
| Combine rum, lime juice and matcha and shake. Strain into an Irish coffee coupe. Combine wine with hibiscus syrup. Anchor. Garnish with burnt lime disc and edible flowers. | |
