| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3 oz. Club soda |
| • | 1 lime wedge squeeze |
| • | 2 sprigs of mint (garnish) |

| 1. | In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except soda with ice then shake. Pour into serving glass and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint. |
