    • 2 oz. Hendricks Gin
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. Monin Pure Cane Syrup
    • 2 cucumber slices (muddle)
    • 0.75″ lemongrass stock (muddle)
    • 2 lemon slices (muddle)
    • 5 thai basil leaves (muddle)
    • Splash of soda
    • Splash of sprite
Method:
1. Muddle lemongrass, cucumber, Thai basil and lemon slices. Fill glass 3/4 full of ice, add gin, Yuzu Luxe Sour blend and cane syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into Old Fashion glass filled with ice. Top with Soda and Sprite. Garnish with a cucumber slice and Thai basil sprig.
