| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 2 sprigs of mint |
| • | 2 oz. club soda |
| • | 1 lemon squeeze |
| • | cup of ice |
| • | lemon wedge (garnish) |
| • | mint (garnish) |

| 1. | In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except soda with ice then shake. Pour into serving glass and top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint. |
