| • | 2 oz. Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka |
| • | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. triple sec |
| • | splash of soda water |
| • | splash of Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur |
| • | crushed graham cracker for rim |
| • | meringue cream to float |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Apply crushed graham cracker to rim of serving glass. Add a splash of Chambord to bottom of glass, add ice and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except meringue and soda into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into serving glass. Add a splash of soda and float meringue. Lightly toast meringue with a torch. Serve. |
