  • ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar

  2. Mix the melted butter, salt, and graham cracker crumbs so that the crumbs are no longer dry. (It should resemble a wet sand texture)
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased and lined 8×8 baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the Yuzu Luxe Sour, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish on top of the graham cracker crust. Spread the filling out until it covers all the crust evenly. Bake for 15 minutes until the filling is set.
  6. Allow the pie Bars to cool before making the whipped cream topping.
  7. Whip heavy cream and sugar until you reach stiff peaks. Spread onto the cooled pie. Cut into squares for serving.

Notes:

*If you don’t feel like whipping your own cream, you could always buy store-bought air canisters and pipe the whipped cream on top.
