Ingredients for Yuzual Suspects:
• 3 oz. Pandan Infused Vodka
• 1 oz. Pineau Des Charentes
• 1 ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
• 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
• ¾ oz. Galangal Syrup
• sprinkle of Xantham Gum so it doesn’t separate
Method for Yuzual Suspects:
Add all ingredients to a blender with two large scoops of ice. Gradually increase speed and blend until smooth (makes more than one). Pour into a hurricane glass, highball, or glassware of your choice! Garnish with a lychee fruit with a bachelor button or any edible flower and a mint bouquet.
