| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 2 dashes Fee Brothers Chocolate Bitters |
| • | chipotle salt (for rim) |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour over fresh ice into a glass rimmed with chipotle salt. Serve. |
