| • | 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse |
| • | 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Grenadine |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | 2 dash angostura bitters |

| 1. | Shake, double strain, serve on a large ice cube or serve up. |

| • | 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 24 oz. sugar (volume) |
| • | 1 split vanilla bean |
