| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. Housemade Lemon Orgeat |
| • | Q Grapefruit Soda |
| For the Housemade Lemon Orgeat: | |
| • | 3 oz. almond milk (pacific barista series) |
| • | 2 oz. cane sugar |
| • | 1 lemon |
| • | 7 drops orange flower water |
| Method for the Housemade Lemon Orgeat: | |
| 1. | Peel the lemon, express the essential oils into mix and leave one peel in the mix. |
| 2. | Drop 7 drops of orange flower water using a (Viski) bitter dropper and stir the mixture until dissolved. |
| Method for the drink: | |
| Shake, strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with mint or rosemary. | |
